Think twice if you're after good customer service and support from Mcfeelys! They use USPS for shipping, and after multiple attempts to get help about a lost package, they finally replied, claiming it was delivered. But I never got it! Honestly, USPS is about as useful as Mcfeelys! I reached out to them again, and got the same old line: 'We show it delivered!' I work with all sorts of businesses - Online Metals, Amazon, McMaster-Carr, and others. These companies actually respond to their customers quickly, unlike Mcfeelys. They help resolve issues, and if a shipment goes missing, they REPLACE it without hesitation and even ask if there's anything else they can assist with, unlike Mcfeelys! Just so you know, I had been a loyal customer of Mcfeelys for nearly 16 years! As a one-man operation, I can't afford to deal with companies like Mcfeelys that don't support small businesses. Who's got the cash to throw away on lost shipments and risk losing clients because vendors won't respond? I'm switching back to Phillips drive screws! No joke, SCREW MCFEELYS AND THEIR SLOW WEBSITE TOO!

Searching takes forever.

The checkout process is confusing when using PayPal. After returning from PayPal, my order was confirmed without any chance to review it.

The order details were wrong: the shipping and billing addresses were swapped! I double-checked, and it was definitely a site error. Once the order is in, there's no way to fix it.

I regret choosing McFeely's; I'd rather pay a bit more somewhere else next time. I really don’t want to hand my cash to folks who can’t handle their orders properly.

I've consistently been happy with this item, and my orders have always arrived on time. I'll definitely be ordering from them again for my upcoming project.

Recently, it feels like poor service is the standard in online shopping. But not with this business. I've been buying from them for a long time. Their service is truly top-notch!
